President Donald Trump signed the $484 billion emergency relief bill, previously passed by the Senate and House. The bill includes funding for the small business loan program, as well as additional money for testing and hospitals.

Previously, the bill passed in the Senate and then in the House on Thursday with a bipartisan 388-5-1 vote.

The bill includes funding to fuel another $310 billion into the Paycheck Protection Program, $75 billion in grants to help hospitals, $60 billion to the Small Business Administration disaster assistance grants and loans, and $25 billion to help coronavirus funding.

Trump said at the signing the bill was “great for small businesses” and “great for the workers.” He added the bill would “extend relief to thousands of African-American and Hispanic American business owners.”
