President Trump is expected to resume his campaign rallies in the next month, Politico reports.

The move comes after many months of staying low due to the coronavirus, having his last rally in March. However, the president has taken many trips to swing states, and has a group of in-person fundraisers scheduled for later this month.

Campaign advisors are reportedly still looking for places to hold the place and what measures would be implemented. Campaign manager Brad Parscale is expected to present Trump with places in the following week.

“American’s are ready to get back to action and so is President Trump. The rest American comeback is real, and the rallies will be tremendous,” Parscale said in an statement, per Politico. “You’ll again see the kind of crowds and enthusiasm that sleepy Joe Biden can only dream of.”

The president tweeted Tuesday that the in-person campaigns may begin next week, saying there is a big demand for them.

“BIG DEMAND! Starting up again soon, maybe next week!”

Currently, Joe Biden has no plans to return to normal campaign rallies and is doing very little in-person campaigning. Biden has took place in many protests surrounding the death of George Floyd and others, as well as meeting with the Floyd family. However, when the Biden team eventually does return to in-person campaigning they will follow advice of health officials to guide them.

The campaign sees the rallies as a major way to excite his base, hoping to show a major contrast between Biden as Trump’s team has taken a major hit in the polls, following the coronavirus and the deaths of many African Americans. The RealClearPolitics average has him trailing Biden 49.6 to 41.6.
